DESCRIPTION:

This mod adds the "Secret Master's" Alembic, Calcinator, Mortar and Retort to the game, wich were on the disc and even set up in the Construction Set, but were not present in the game. The models look great and it's unknown why Bethesda did not put them in.

The four items are spread over four Alchemist Service NPCs, so it should take a while till you have them all.

This mod includes the fixes from MPP 1.6.5 so it won't overwrite them.

DETAILS:

It is no secret that you can create some insanely powerfull potions in vanilla MW already, so I decided to lower the Secret Master's apperatus quality to the level of the Grandmaster's stuff. I have altered the quality of all apperatus items as follows (vanilla values in brackets):


Apprentice = 0.3 [0.5]
Journeyman = 0.5 [1.0]
Master = 1.0 [1.2]
Grandmaster = 1.2 [1.5]
Secret Master = 1.5 [2.0]


The values have been changed like this (see the wiki to understand the changes, they make sense as the Grandmaster's stuff was not consistent compared to the other sets):


GM Alembic =  2400 [4000]
GM Calcinator = 480 [4000]
GM Mortar = 4800 [4000]
GM Retort = 1600 [1600]

SM Alembic = 4800 [1600]
SM Calcinator = 960 [3200]
SM Mortar = 9600 [6000]
SM Retort = 1920 [1000]

INSTALLATION:

- copy the "PB_SecretApperatus.esp" from this archive to your "Morrowind\Data Files\" folder
- run the "Morrowind Launcher.exe"
- click "Data Files"
- check the box left of the entry "PB_SecretApperatus.esp"
- play the game!
