General fixes for Arktwend total conversion.

Version 0.4.2:
1. Fixed collisions for furn_rail_elbow_00.nif, so it should not cause performance drop in the "Dwarf Kiln Area".
2. Fixed materials for the "PflanzeBaumLaub02" tree, so it will not be a full black tree with acid-green leafs.
3. Fixed a couple of translation errors.
4. Items from Dilem plate armor set now all are heavy armor.

Version 0.4.1:
1. Fixed joining to the Brotherhood - for some reason PCJoinFaction used square brackets.
2. Kobold01 (ex-Scamp) now does not have Weapon & Shield flag.

Version 0.4:
1. Calisto now has the same appearance in different places.
2. Fixed arrival greeting in Almasanoar - now Calisto greets you instead of activator.
3. Goth's Sword: Health 34464->50000 (there was supposed to be 34464+65536=100000, but it is not possible due to ESM file format).
4. Optimized scripts in Stormwend, during Enderal battle and Stormrend battle - do not disable already disabled objects every frame.
5. Fixes for battle scene in Arpk Temple:
    5.1. Dwarves do not try to flee.
    5.2. Demon Lords now attack dwarves as it is supposed to be by script - previously they did not have any spells.
    5.3. Scene ends automatically after death of Dwarven King, no need to get closer to Demon King.
    5.4. Some dwarves did nothing due to missing script.
    5.5. Dwarves now do not have spells and use their weapons.
6. Fixed portal destroy scene in Enderal:
    6.1. One of activator cast frostball in every frame due to script error (can lead to crash in OpenMW), using the timer as in other scripts now.
    6.2. Fixed teleporting after portal scene (MoveWorld command in EnderalTurm01a script used wrong direction).
7. Some minor script fixes in Trun Telur.
8. Now you can get rid of nomad followers after "The Sultan's Task" quest - just return to the Sultan for reward.
9. Fixed duplicated effects on some enchanted items.
10. Fixed missing head for one of dwarven guards.

Version 0.3:
1. Added teleport marker to Bregen. You can buy teleport spell in the Cornelia's shop in Bregen.
2. Fixed scripted travel to Altrefft.
3. Ern (trader in hunter's camp) now correctly takes the ancient coin.
4. Fixed Jert the Claw follower script.
5. Kim now have hairs.
6. Fixed dangling "Your Own Shop" quest.
7. Added missing neck bodypart for male Shadow Elf.
8. Mooses are no more aggressive.
9. Disable Antonia's corpse after end of city guard questline.
10. Kanzler Brutus in all places now have the same appearance.
11. Optimize Kanzler's soldiers scripts.
12. Do not rotate watermill in the MenuMode.
13. Fixed many issues with guards:
 13.1. Many guards did not have AI packages. Added Wander package with 0 Distance as a default one.
 13.2. Most common guard weapons are halberds (City Guard) and short blades (Dwarves), but guards had pretty low values of these skills. Fixed.
 13.3. Some guards had Alarm = 0 and did not report about player's crimes.
14. Fixed Lirold's letter script.

Version 0.2:
1. Fixed many issues with animatied actors (wrong AI settings, missing chairs for sitting actors, etc).
2. Do not call Activate in every frame when looting scripted corpses.
3. Sagrim in all places now have the same appearance.
4. "Quit Morrowind?" was replaced to "Quit Arktwend?"
5. Lock door in Ion Monastery to positive level, so it is locked in OpenMW now.

Version 0.1:
1. Fixed script for Jorim's quest.
2. Fixed joining to some factions - for some reason PCJoinFaction used square brackets.
3. Fixed Arena questline - there was malformed Position command instead of PositionCell.
4. Fixed bodyparts for Dwarf race.
5. Morrowind-specific races and factions were replaced by Arktwend ones for NPCs.
6. Some "sitting" animated actors had Hello > 0 or wandering distance > 0, so they interrupted their animations. Fixed.
7. Xerandor should be in the Order of Clerics faction instead of non-existing faction.
