My attempts to correct, improve, and generally re-work Morrowind's Vanilla Meshes (and Expansions) while trying to maintain restraint on FPS impact and keep the vanilla design. Any seeming "major" design changes are based off of the vanilla textures. For instance, the skull on the front of the Ring of Namira appears to be that of a small bird in the textures; the Thong of Zainab appears to be a fisherman's lure, while there's a face texture on the bottom of Scourge. These do not majorly change the makeup of the entire artifact, and all changes are intended to be as intentional as possible with keeping in line of their vanilla counterparts.

While this file contains a plugin, it is an *optional* (!) rebalance patch to provide greater effectiveness of MW artifact weapons and Armor. This is best used with Tribunal and Bloodmoon, however individual patches are available. There are also icons that are optional, and are merely intended to provide the non-existent icons within MW's unused meshes, or as an optional version with the new meshes instead.

* Reconstructs over 30 of Morrowind's vanilla meshes, rebuilding them from scratch with better UVs, fewer seams, and an overall better appearance while still staying close to the vanilla design.

* Corrects all wonkily-sized artifacts and standardizes most Nif naming.
* Slightly edits Umbra's appearance to look a little more sleek.
